America's Least Wanted Here is, and will be, our Tyrant's Gallery, people who need to have every single thing about them exposed. And we are seeking information on all of these people so that they will never have a moment's rest. We want to know where they live, where they eat, where they sleep, and who their loved ones are, and we want them to be in mortal fear of the public at large. If you have a submission for our Tyrant's Gallery, please email Tyrants@lizmichael.com so that you have Public Enemy #1 Eric Hall Officer, Cookeville Tennessee Police Department Offense: Cruelty to Animals, Murder of a family member, Kidnapping, False Arrest, Abuse of Authority, Violation of the Bill of Rights Eric Hall is the infamous Cookeville Police officer who during the course of pulling over the Smoak family for an alleged crime that never happened, and shot the family dog Patton when the dog was wagging its tail at the officer, in front of the family's children. Hall had previously shot another family's Collie when a neighbor complained it was barking too loud. It has been reported that Eric Hall and his family have been getting death threats. Without suggesting exactly what Eric Hall truly deserves, it is our sincere wish that he gets it, and burns in hell afterwards. Hall is not the only government official in Cookeville worthy of being on this list: however, he is the most infamous. Also wanted in this case: Nashville dispatcher Shannon Pickard, and Tennessee Highway Patrol dispatcher Timothy Glenn McHood . #2 Chaquila Peavy Officer, Milwaukee Wisconsin Police Department Offense: Murder of a dog, Cruelty to Animals, Dereliction of Duty Assassinated the pet dog of Valerie Mueller. The incident happened when police responded to the 911 call reporting a man contemplating suicide. By the time officers arrived, the man, Mueller's friend, had calmed down. Witnesses encouraged the police not to shoot the dog, and told police that the dog was harmless, but Peavy in cowardice shot the dog within three seconds time. Then the officer handed Mueller a $120 citation for having her dog, Sprite, outside without a leash. Here's hoping someone does the right thing and shoots this bitch, and I'm not talking about the dog. #3 Jack Dean Marshal, Austin Texas Offense: Aggravated Assault, Destruction of Private Property, Attempted Murder, Child Endangerment Jack Dean led a commando style raid on the property of Rhett Webster Pease, for a civil matter of eviction in pursuit of a foreclosure which had not fully been adjudicated. Pease was tackled, thrown to the ground and dragged to the sidewalk. There, Pease was grabbed by the hair and his chin slammed into the concrete. One of the men put his booted foot on Pease's head, two more sat on his back. Dean grabbed a cell phone from Pease's hand, and when Dean realized it was a cell phone, not a weapon, Dean kicked the phone down the sidewalk, where it flew into pieces. As the other marshals were handcuffing Pease and placing him in leg irons, Dean kept shouting, "Shoot him, shoot him!" A young grade school child stood directly in Dean's line of fire, and she ran into the street in terror. Encouraging police officers to shoot a shackled suspect not resisting is attempted murder. Linked to this case: information on Federal District judge Sam Sparks, for issuing the order of arrest, even though the reason for Pease's inability to appear was that he was hospitalized at the time. Note: this all occured as a result of a CIVIL matter. It was not even a criminal case. #4 Charles Hynes Prosecutor, Brooklyn New York Offense: Malicious and unconstitutional prosecution Prosecution of Ron Dixon, a black Brooklyn man and veteran who shot an intruder breaking into his home with a gun that had yet to be registered. Dixon was defending his family against a vicious attack. No matter to Hynes, who threw the book at him and got a conviction. Mr. Hynes frankly deserves anything he gets out of this. So does the jury, whose names we will endeavor to discover and expose. #5 Erasmo Alarcon Sheriff, Jim Hogg County Texas Offense: Treason, False arrest, Trespassing Alarcon arrested two members of Ranch Rescue, Casey Nethercott and Hank Conner, and had them detained for a number of days without legal representation, for attempting to help a landowner rancher deal with illegal aliens trespassing upon his land. We feel Sheriff Alarcon is acting as an agent of the Mexican government, in an attempt to reclaim Texas as part of the Mexican Republic, and therefore should be tried for treason under U. S. law. #6 Tim Langer Deputy, Inverness Florida Offense: Terrorizing a child, Kidnapping of a child, False arrest, Child abuse, Child endangerment, Violation of federal civil rights statutes Arrested 12 year old Kyle Frederickson for innocently stomping in a water puddle. Also information wanted on his direct superior, Lieutenant James Martone, for defending the child abuse. #7 Betty Washington
Principal, Struthers Elementary School, Struthers Ohio Offense: Terrorizing a child, False accusation, Abuse of public office Washington is attempting to suspend from school under a "dangerous weapons violation", six year old Kevin Long, who took a plastic butter knife home from the school cafeteria. #8 Sue Savaglio Jarvis Principal, Connolly Middle School, Tempe Arizona Offense: Kidnapping, holding a child hostage, abuse of a child, false imprisonment of a child Suspended 12-year-old Sarah Atkins for a month (reduced later to 12 days), for bringing a small pocketknife to a teacher 30 minutes after she discovered the little tool in her backpack. Jarvis reportedly confined Atkins for hours, and questioned her severely without letting her call parents, get a drink of water or go to the bathroom. Apparently the principal wanted her to admit that she intentionally brought the knife to school. We believe "zero tolerance" should be used against child abusers like Ms. Jarvis, not little children trying to do the right thing like young Sarah. #9 Michael Roberto Deputy Sheriff, Broward County Florida Offense: Assault with a deadly weapon upon a child Attempted to use pepper spray on a 12-year-old girl and wrestled her to the ground when she ignored repeated orders to stop jaywalking, and when she refused to stand in place to receive the ticket. We say "attempted", because the 5' 1" girl actually repelled the assault by knocking the pepper spray out of his hands. We have no comment on the legality of the jaywalking tickets themselves or on the deputy's right to serve them. However, we do object to the proportionality of the use of force and of the use of deadly weapons concerning minor traffic offenses, and object to them further when used for such purposes against a minor. #10 Stephen Wilson United States District Court Judge, Los Angeles Califonria Offense: Violation of the civil rights of Sherman Austin Sherman Austin is a 20 year old man who exercised his first amendment rights by creating an anarchist website in which bombmaking instructions were posted. Though Austin pleaded guilty, and the prosecution requested probation, Wilson sentenced Austin to a year in federal prison anyway. Here's hoping that since Wilson does not respect the first amendment rights of citizens, that citizens exercise their second amendment rights against him. This should also teach all of us a lesson. Never talk to law enforcement. Ever. And never plea bargain. Ever. Information Wanted Arthur Samuels State's Attorney, Chicago Illinois Suspicion: False Imprisonment of Robert More in a mental facility, because of his political beliefs. More is an avid fan of the Alex Jones Show, and a family member decided to "turn him in" because of it. |
